POOR SERVICE AND THEFT AT ROMANS PIZZA GATEWAY

So we called and ordered 2 pizzas and a 2l coke today, sent a colleague to pick it up. Upon receiving the order they send the pizza with no coke and no receipt, i then call the store and spoke to the so called manager calvin who asked me to come fetch the coke as they cannot deliver. I asked him who would compensate my colleague who has done me a favour for his fuel the guy asked me to come there and ask for him. Upon going to the store in gateway the so called manager had left and i then spoke to the real manager who advised me that the guy i spoke to was the kitchen staff and he had left. she then advised me that she knows i wont come all the way for a 2l coke for nothing so she pulled my slip up and told me that there is no coke i advised her that we asked for coke why didnt anyone inform us, then boom she brings coke. Poor service delivery from GATEWAY ROMANS PIZZA. she didnt compensate us for coming there twice for a mistake that was made by them, and all she did was apologize.
