Poor Service

I placed an order today at 16:00 at Romans Pizza Selcourt. I went to check out and was pleasantly suprised when i got 20% off because today is my. Birthday. I drive all the way out to Romans and they dont have my order ready. I sit and wait for 20 minutes and get up to ask whats going on. Just to get told they dont have an order for me. This is unacceptable and i will take this as far as i need to for everyone to know how pathetic the service is.
