Poor service

Good day

I am applaud by the service or let me say lack of service from the rosentenville branch we ordered a pizza at 15:20 and received confirmation at 15:27 that the pizzs will be her in 45 minutes its been 2 hours as im writing this the order has still not arrived furthermore i even drove to the store and i was imformed the order is out as i get home still no sight of the driver or the order this is really dissapointing considering we are not even in peak and one has gone thorough wave lengths to try and get this order and still nothing i will be escalating this horrible service further as its really dissapointing
