Poor Service

<p>I place an order over the phone,went there after the call and pay. While I was sitting and waiting for my order,the order numbers far after mine start coming up. So when I go to the counter and asked why the most easiest pizza (small margarita) is taking so long and people with difficult pizza's get their pizza's before me the answer I got is "its crazy in the kitchen" not a sorry nothing. This is not on for a "fast food" franchise.</p>
