Poor Service!!!!!!

This is the second time that our order was not placed at the kitchen. We place our order at 18:33 and after waiting for /- 30 minutes we asked Katlego what happened to our order. After searching for the kitchen slip they found out that the order was never placed.<br> This is totally unacceptable. We waited another 15 minutes before our order was ready for collection. Management should have responsible persons at their outlet.
