Poor service

I bought a green salad (Greek salad) during my lunch time, when I got to work I found out that they didn't include cutlery and the salad was also not complete as it didn't have olives.

I called the store back and requested that they send someone to deliver the cutlery for me but they said they're too busy and can't send anyone to me. My work place is just across the road.
