Poor service

Bad review:service from Roman’s pizza Southgate mall , I ordered the double Deal pizza at half passed 6 they took my order and promised delivery would be in 20-25 minutes at 18:44 one of their employees call to tell me that there will be a delay and it’ll be 15 more minutes for the driver to deliver my food at 19:30 I call to inquire the whereabouts of my food and this lady informs me that the drivers are all stuck due to the rain and that they are closing at 8 and I ask her if they closing at 8 what happens to my food she say let me get the manager . The manager couldn’t even give a flying kite as to my problem he couldn’t ever apologize for the poor service him and his employees were offering I cancelled my order and I will never be ordering from them again they couldn’t even a courtesy call to inform me of the situation or apologize that I wouldn’t be receiving my food that I ordered 3 hours prior to this call .. come one guys do better your in a customer service field but you can’t even fulfill the services you guys are rendering #highly disappointed
