Poor Quality Pizza at an Expensive Price!

Dear Romans Pizza Customer Service,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent order placed at your West Coast Village Mall branch. Our family ordered two large pizzas, and unfortunately, the quality of both was far below our expectations.

The pizzas contained an insufficient amount of bacon and barely any cheese, making them a poor value for the price we paid. In comparison, we have had far superior pizzas from other establishments, such as Spar Sunningdale.

Given the unsatisfactory experience, I kindly request a full refund and would appreciate if this matter could be addressed by your head office.
