Poor customer service- Romans pizza busy corner mall

My first time experiencing the new opened Romans pizza at busy corner mall ebony park was the worst one, because first of all the person assisting me her name is said to be Mpho. She gets my order wrong and gives me an attitude when I ask her about her mistake. I then just asked for money back because I wanted thick based pizza she claims she didn't hear me. Im not happy at all
