Poor Customer Service from Romans Pizza Sanridge Square

Placed Order 112 ( 1 × Large Bacon, Avon & Feta + 1 * Large Tangy Russian) at 18:24 on the 01 June 2022 from Allex Maphalla. It took 40 minutes for me to receive my order after I was told that they have skipped my order by mistake when I started seeing 7 customer's who came after me getting their orders. When I query the process then I was requested to write my contact details down so that manager can call me and apologies. Wow, should we regard this as "GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE".
