Poor and lack of management skills

To the manager and regenal manger of romans pizza glen marais and the CEO of the Romans pizza franchise . After going to collect the pizza and telling him he must not hoot he yelled me stating glen marias branch does not deliver in all areas only in glen marias . The poor service of the old driver in a blue and white bakkie was very disrespectful whom did not even bother to ask if i was the client who ordered the pizza and the nerve of the manager to talk about how he felt when i gave back the treatment his driver gave me that should have been off the road or reprimanded for his poor excuse of a behaviour witch was just as hurtful towards me as i was only collecting the order at the gate from his driver but once i told him what was gonna happen he did not like the treatment that was given back. As the romans pizza site nor on the app does it state that you don't do certian areas should be placed in manner of witch can be seen to all clients. As there have been not one but multiple complaints witch should have already sorted him out witch is why your manager at the glen marias branch has poor management service and lack of feedback on that driver whom has multiple complaints. In conclusion witch is why you losing clients as not only the driver is telling clients the service is only in glen marias but due to VERY poor management service as no necessary action was ever taken towards that driver after more than one complaint witch raises not just mine but all clients who did report him previously concerns.
