Please explain???
I wanted a vegetarian pizza- I ordered a sweet chilli chicken pizza and asked for the chicken to be changed for pineapple. I was told this can't be done as you don't allow substitutions but I could pay extra for pineapple. Why in all that is logical can this not be allowed? Chicken is far more expensive than pineapple and I wasn't asking for the price to be changed?please explain?

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
Due to the excessive order volumes that go through our kitchens at any given time, our operational processes are geared and setup to ensure that we are able to efficiently handle the high order volumes with as little error or possible mistakes as possible. For this reason, it's unfortunately not possible for our customers to select any options of "topping exchanges"
As you have stated, the price of the two toppings is also not the same so we could not swap a more costly topping for a cheaper one as this would be of no fair price trade to our customer.
