Pizza is not meant to be consumed raw

My wife and I got some pizza on Sunday afternoon but when we got home and got a better look at the one pizza, we saw that it was incorrect. I got in my car and took it back, only to arrive home and discover that once again they stuffed up. This time the dough wasn't properly cooked. This sort of thing is not on. One doesn't want to drive up and down only to receive poor service on a continuous basis. To make matters worse the 2l Coca cola we purchased had no fizz in it either. All in all it was a very poor experience and I decided to phone head office to make a complaint. Needless to say almost 24 hours later I have not yet received a return call on my message. In this day and age it seems nobody cares about service anymore.
