Pizza called HOT ONE is not so HOT!

I am completely disgusted and disappointed in Romans Pizza Platterkloof CPT.

On Thursday 28th Jan myself and my husband ordered a Sweet Chilli Chicken and a Hot One (NEW) we normally buy the sweet chilli chicken and Romans used to be our favorite we thought seeing that the sweet chilli chicken is nice and "hot" and we dont have kids for supper lets try the new pizza, im telling you i have never been as disappointed and annoyed as i was when we got home! only to find out that this HOT ONE is not HOT at all since we have never tried that pizza before we had no expectation of what it had to taste like but there was completely no spice no hot sauce no chilli infact the sweet chilli chicken was stronger that that pizza. It tasted of pure tomato paste and raw onion. After we ate a silce i was convinced that we received the worst pizza ever, i then wanted to check my slip to see if they gave me the incorrect order however the cashier took the slip when they called our number. I messaged romans on facebook to inform them of the horrible experience and what disappointing pizza we received no one has since responded or called. Romans used to be a really excellent pizza spot we drive all the way from our area to Platterkloof as that used to be the best romans now i will never go back. Takeaways is a luxury that mos cannot afford during this time, it is incredibly annoying that you spend money on something that is not what is promoted or sold to you its not asif we paid half price i never bought a special or paid half price or got it for free we paid the full amount! I would never recommend anyone to romans after this you receive disappointing pizza!

When you sell a product and call it "HOT ONE" let it atleast have spice!
