Phalaborwa Romans Pizza, appailing and non-existant customer service

So on the 2/03/20 around 20H25 I went to order the small Sweet chilli thin base pizza, upon collecting the pizza I found that it was thick base which wasn't as per my order. I then declined the pizza to the cashier who was at the time hopping I would accept it, she then informed that the mistake was done in the kitchen as she had placed the thin base.

They then went on to make another pizza, which was close to closing of the shop. As I exited the doors were locked, so I set in my car. After the sometime I got out of the car to pick up the pizza only o find the doors locked and retreated to my car, this entire time the cashier and two others stuff members could see me through the glass doors.

once the pizza was done the pizza was done, the cashier unlocked the side door and extended her hand with the pizza whilst she remained inside. It was at this moment that I told her I wasn't getting out of the car since I had and found the doors locked, she then began to scream at mean citing that she was cashing up and returned with the pizza an the other employee told her to go give me the pizza.

She then came & handed the pizza to me & told me I should have not come to buy. The entire time there was no apology offered as they had gotten my order incorrectly which translated to me spending more time there.
