Pathetic stuff and disgusting pizza

I walked in Romans Pizza, the one in Braamfisher to my self a pizza and did not know the name of the pizza, so I had to describe it but didn't win so I ended up ordering a chicken barbeque pizza and the teller did not look like they wanted to assist instead asked me to remember next time. I sit and wait for my order inside the store for 10-15 minutes. I ordered a very small pizza, while waiting I could here other order numbers that were called after I placed an order which was weird. So I decided to stand up and go to the teller, to find that my pizza was just thrown on the side without being putted inside the box and no one bothered about my order until I came to ask! There called all the other orders except for mines, so I was wondering and I came to remind them about it. When u did, it was only then that they took it from where it was abandoned, putting inside the box and handed it to me. So the teller opens it and shows me the pizza, I got a shock of my life! It looked uncooked and burnt on the side. The teller even had the audacity to say to " it's not what you really expected isn't it" out if shock and surprise, I said no it's completely the opposite and walked away and as I was still left confused thinking whether this was a sarcastic question though the pizza looked really horrible. I cannot even begin to describe the taste, firstly it was crusty and dissatisfying. The pizza was cold because it was first left on the side, unpackeaged until I had to walk and ask where is my order. The pizza was absolutely distasteful, and absolutely dry! After trying to warm it up, it became even more crusty and tastedw like it was uncooked. The stuff attitude was just as bad, the pizza was so horrible, , I had to take a picture to keep this as a record and for others to witness this traumatic experience.
