Pathetic store and untrained staff.

Romans Pizza DELMAS is really pathetic. I had several times where they *****ed up my orders and tonight was the final draw when I ordered 2 chefs salads online and the store accepted my order and my order number was 97…. So I got the sms that states I can collect after 25 minutes. I went to the shop an half hour later and I waited behind a customer for another 10 minutes before I could finally pay for my order. Which I understand if you are busy… BUT, when I got to the cashier and gave her my order number which is 97 and she asked me am I sure it’s not 98 then I knew there was yet again another ***** up!!!!! So I showed her the message that said order number 97…. So she went to the back to check and came back to the till to tell me and I quote “ the order is still In The OVEN”!! So I lost it this time and asked her if she was stupid… why the f*** would a salad be in the oven?? And she didn’t have an answer and went to the other person standing there in the corner and not even helping customers and spoke to her and came back to me again and this is now almost an hour after my order was placed….. just to tell me that they didn’t make the salads….

This is ridiculous and pathetic and not the first time. I’m so fed up with this useless romans pizza in Delmas. Dumb staff that is obviously not properly trained and don’t deserve to work there.
