Pathetic service from management to store!

This was my initial complaint to Romans Pizza on the 26th of July 2018: on many occasions I have visited Romans Pizza at Mall at 55 in centurion. The customer service is just pathetic. The staff refuse to greet, smile or even answer any questions. On numerous occasions i have walked out the store with my family due to the poor service. We are often given the impression that the staff does not want to serve us. My last encounter at the store is where I asked a gentleman at the counter about the special and he remained completely silent as if he did not know what I was saying. I repeated myself 3 times until he says there is no R99 special abruptly and i then asked him what special is on and he said i dont know. This can not be the service that the staff gives. Please hire competent people. I come from customer care and i make sure my staff is well aware of any product knowledge long in advance. I unfortunately did not take any staff names."

I then received an email from email from a customer service manager named "Ayanda Khumalo". Its no surprise to me at all that no one in this company worries about customer care. Firstly, in my complaint my name was clearly spelled out and somehow the name the manager used to address me in reply is not even spelled correctly. I doubt the manager even read through the email before sending it to me as it makes no sense- grammar and spelling!

It is not a surprise that the Romans Pizza at Mall@55 does not bother about customers as it may have come from the oversight on managers.

This is really disappointing!
