Pathetic Service

I have order a pizza when I was in Krugersdorp and I was advised that it will ready in 20 Min of which I got to the store 36 min later and my order was 199 as per the person I spoke to.When I got to the they showed me my order was not there,and it's not ever appearing on the orders list.I was so frustrated and left the store,when I got home my wife hadn't cooked as I have promised my family the pizza for supper.I order again online paid R199 and at 19h48 as per my transaction on my bank app, until now my wife and kids are waiting for the pizza since then.The time is now 21h33 approaching 2hrs waiting for pizza since supper was not cooked.This a very pathetic service and I want my money back,and we ended up making supper and ate and now we decided that we will take it for lunch to school and work.So I feel you don't deserve my money anymore.
