Pathetic service ever

Pathetic service ever!!! Ordered pizza online @19:20 suppose to be ready in 20 minutes, an hour later still waiting for my pizza. I approach them to ask about my pizza thats when they looked for it.this is really not acceptable. Ur waiting time 👎
