Pathetic service
Romans Pizza Newlands Pretoria. Absolutely pathetic service!! Placed a telephonic order for pizzas and told the normal waiting time of 15-20 minutes. Waited an additional 55 Minutes after I arrived for pick-up 20 minutes after the informed time. When questioned about the bad service I received a snotty look and mumble. This is not acceptable and pathetic service to say the least!
