Pathetic service

Dear Roman’s Pizza I am a very unhappy client who always buys at your outlet in Tambotie the service is pathetic. My husband places an order @ 17:45 then the line got disconnected. He called again at 18:10 then they let us place the order and he spoke to the driver one of the staff in the background told the driver to refuse because it is too far and said we live behind green hills (affront-village ) which is far from the truth we live in wheatlands as soon as we spoke to the driver he then changed his mind we called again only for them to tell me @ 19:00 that they suddenly can’t deliver in our area whereas 2 months ago they delivered in wheatlands. I am pregnant hungry trying to access food and this is the treatment and service we are getting my last call was with the manager who **** on behalf of the staff member and also hang up on me with every call they keep hanging!! I use money to buy airtime!! The manager is Nokthula and Tsholo is apparently is the assistant manager the keep playing hide and seek on the phone
