Pathetic Service
I experienced a problem with the customer service of the Romans Pizza in Northmead Benoni. I reported my experience to the Head Office customer services one month ago. I have never received a single response from them to date. This is a clear indication the management don't really care about their customers. They are gone too big of a franchise to remember to take customer service seriously. I am very dissappointed with the pathetic service
