Pathetic service

Pathetic service ever today. My husband ordered a pizza in Romans Pizza in Ga- Rankuwa around 19h20 on 26/10/2018. We arrived there at 8h15 and the order was no where to be found until Fikile(the cashier) asked some guy without a name tag where was the order. Then the guy took it somewhere where there orders are not even placed for collection. I asked this guy that I assumed he is the manager why is it like the rats where playing on it the way it was cutter. I refused to take it and demanded the other one but you could see their faces they didn't want to do it. I'm so ****ed of the behaviour I got and others where giggling like I'm a problem as I have a right as a customer if I'm not satisfied. Maybe they need training again to work with customers and stop gossiping about customers. My contact details are ********** 900 or ********** 079.
