pathetic service

I went to Roman pizza at Jabulani mall Soweto on the 8th january to buy pizza as i am a customer there.when i got there i ordered a small pizza and i was asked if chicken will be fine and since i know the flavour i agreed.in 5 minutes i got my order the pizza was not fresh at all,it was brown,i could not even recognise the flovour as i know it.that pizza was never prepared in my presence it looked so old.i normally buy pizza at Romans Jabulani but what i got yesterday was totally not what i am used to.realy disapointed
