Pathetic service

Absolutely terrible service, I'm a frequent customer to Roman's Pizza Laudium but my last 2 experiences were just terrible I phone ordered and they said 15 mins I went after 30 mins to collect n it still wasn't done I waited patiently until I saw the time was already 1 hour I was frustrated and asked them to cancel the order and refund me as I had already paid when I just walked in. The lady was absolutely rude and started screaming at me infront of customers I told her I want my refund as this is absolutely ridiculous to wait for 3 pizza pies for 1 hour when they said it would be done in 15 mins. When they heard me ask for my refund she said ya ok she will give it to me then she just gave me my order.they were laughing and talking in another language it was obviously about me other customers who came way after me were getting their food. Also an Uber driver was complaining at how long his waiting this is absolutely terrible and I'm experiencing this the 2nd time, well Roman's laudium u lost yourself a frequent customer and I'm sure u don't care.
