Pathetic service

<p>So this is the second time I had an issue with Romans Pizzas... this time with order number 165... they mess up an order and tell me they will compensate me to take a taxi in the middle of a night leaving my three kids unattended at home to another part of the city to pick up an order that they initially messed up. .!! Ridiculous... and the apparent manager has the nerve to tell me I need to meet her half way!!! So now my kids will go to bed hungry because that's what they wanted for supper... how nice... does no one check the order before it's dispatched??? Where's this apparent manager in all this when checking orders???? </p>
