Pathetic online service. Pizza delivered after 2 and half hours

Pathetic online service by Romans Pizza at Zewenvacht mall. I ordered pizza online at 1:37pm the pizza was delivered at 4:17pm after numerous calls. SMS said it will leave the store in 45 minutes after ordering. I will never order online again. By the time the pizza came, I already had my lunch and starting to cook supper. Pity I had already paid otherwise I would have cancelled the order
