pathetic mumbling guy
i just called roman's to order a pizza, a guy answered & mumbled his name. the line was bad guessing it was his because my line I've been on a call. the guy on the line got irritated & started shouting at me because i could not hear what he was saying. i then told him to stop be irritated because i could not hear him. he then dropped the call in my ear. i find this behaviour unacceptable because i called with my money & time yet he had the audacity to put the phone down in my ear. am so livid by his bahaviour & am annoyed. if this is the way you treat your customer then i dont want to be one of them.
