pathetic customer service

I'm very disappointed in the customer service I received on Friday night.We moved back from Pretoria and my boys love Romans Pizza.It's a tradion in our house.I live in Goodwood and according to the website you are the nearest to us.When I called to place the order.The guy was not very friendly over the phone and took almost 5-10mintues to place the order as he couldn't hear properly.Then when I got to the store the two staff members at the front were so unfriendly,don't greet,don't make eye contact and sound more irritated with me.To top it off when I got home the order was wrong the one's I asked for thick base was all thin base and the extra mushrooms was not on the pizza as requested and paid for.We were not happy but I couldn't go back as my daughter is on a oxygen machine and she was having convulsions.I must be honest we will not be making use of your branch ever again and can in good conscience not recommend it to anyone.We use to brag about customer service in Cape Town when we lived in Pretoria,but it seems we were lying to people.But after the service we got we will no longer be making use of your branch ever again.
