Pathetic branch

So we were looking forward to some romans pizza... We started calling Hartbee****rt romans at 17h20, with absolutely no awnser....we dailed in excess of ten times, we used the number on the website as well as the one on the takeaway menu we still had. We then decided at 17h40 to go at the store, three of the employees was sitting down with no uniform on anymore. It was clear they unplugged the phones in order to not get any deliveries close to closing time. One of the kitchen staff was very rude and told us they are closed, how can you be closed 20minutes ahead of closing time? He just turned his back on us whilst we were still standing outside the store and went to the back. You have *********** employees and management is clearly not in control. We turned to delfornos, awesome service!
