p@#$ and faulty website

I have honestly never been so angry as I have been right now. We order online for deliver and I go through the motions. It stuck me as odd that the only Romans pizza that delivers is 13km away but we leave it. Not once did they notify me that they do not deliver to my area NOT ONCE. They payment notification comes through with my order number, further advising me that we have to COLLECT my order in 20min , after specifically selected delivery. ***! I call the store for some assistance they further advise repeatedly that they do not deliver further the 5km away, ANGAIN we understand that however they where not listening to the issue. we ask them how are they planning on resolving same and said that the refund will take 10 - 20 working days.
