Ormonde - Poor Customer Service

Upon arrival at Ormonde Romans Pizza, the clerk took payment for my online order and walked off without looking if my order was ready (I could see it waiting there). We tried getting the staff’s attention but they were too busy talking among each other. When we finally got their attention, they gave me only the pizza. When I asked them where the drink is, the store manager along with other staff were not willing to provide the drink AS ADVERTISED due to the slip not showing a drink. I showed them what I did on the app and that the app does not allow the drink to be added, they still did not want to assist as their stock will not balance.

I feel ALL staff including the Manager should get better training on customer service as it could easily be signed by a clerk and manager and explained to the boss.

If there is an issue with the app, then the store should surely be better equipped to sort out the issue in store and not just tell me to complain in the app (which is not even an option).
