Ordered a chicken lasagene

Ordered a chicken lasagene. But when i got home its a beef lasagne we don't eat beef... Its was a store mistake reported to store manager no help phoned the owner still no help and didnt want to replace the order tells me many people have tried this stunt before painted me with same brush thinking im lying. Pathetic service for A R69 lasagne i got ridiculed. I want an apology and a full refund from romans Cornubia branch. This must be actioned asap....
