Order not ready

We were regular customers of Romans Pizza at Showgate Bloemfontein and even have the phone number saved on our phones. On Friday, 2019.12.27 we placed an order over the phone as usual and arranged to collect the order at 18h00. When we arrived at Romans Pizza - right on time - we were told that they never received such an order. The lady was quite arrogant and demanded to see our phone to see which number we called when we placed the order. My husband unfortunately left his phone at home, but we have screenshots of the number we called when we placed our order - ***, which is in fact the correct number. I'm not sure what went on at Romans Pizza on this specific evening, because the lady in front of us was also upset about a mistake that was made with her order and left without paying (we can only assume that she also ordered online or over the phone). We will never support Romans Pizza again.
