Order mix up

Hi there - I ordered a pizza from Roman's pizza recently during a fasting day and had ordered 2 large pizza for R100 special to my surprise I had received pizza's with meat in them which was rather disappointing as I was in a hurry and taken a bite of my pizza only to realize it was meat. I'm fasting for an auspicious occasion and I'm very angry at the fact that my fast had been broken - it felt like my fast for a month had gone to waste because of your poor services. I hope this gets rectified in someway and no other customer has to go through what I went through. Some sort of compensation should be made for such awful experience. Roman's is normally a family favorite for us - and for this to happen was disappointing - I understand the special is huge and everyone is going crazy but mixing up orders was not on!
