Order 166 could not be processed but all other orders up to 172 could... Horrible Service

The horrific disregard for customers just blew me away. I ordered 4 pizzas on the 10th of March at 16h45 telephonically for collection. They confirmed my email and said it will take 20 minutes. We waited and drove all the way into town. When we arrived, and asked for our pizza ORDER NO 166 the guy told us the electricity went out and they could not make the pizza. No 1 no phone call to save us the drive but what is worse is he called out order 172 while we were there and the people walked out with pizzas and we were left empty handed. I will never buy from you again and will make sure to spread this incident everywhere on social media
