Online system failure

Ordered pizza online. Got a sms to say order was received. Got to Romans Potchefstroom and was told that the pizza was not made as they did not receive the online order. The machine “sometimes gives problems”. Order did show on their tablet system as paid but not on their main till system. No apology from staff, saying that it happens. Staff member does not have identification, which it supposed to have?? Not impressed with service and having to wait for the pizza that should have been ready for pickup.
