Online system a waste, orders always messed up
Terrible service and online system a complete waste. Blue Hills always mess up our orders, we need to wait like two hours for everything to be prepared. If it's done, after an hour, it's still wrong and another hour to wait again for them to fix it.
I placed an order online for collection at Lambton over the weekend, never got any order confirmation ...... actually still waiting for the order confirmation. Needless to say that I supporting a different company that can actually provide customer service.
Will not be purchasing from Romans again in the near future.
