Online Order Fail - Corrected

I had a very disappointing & upsetting experience with a online order that was declined only because the store did not do car park deliveries as was indicated on the online platform. I was told I would be refunded & if I wanted my order I would need to place a new order & add delivery of R50 that can be delivered 2 blocks away at a garage. I decided to just let it go, this was on my Birthday, so it spoiled our plans a lot. I then sent my complain to Romans directly & within a few hours received a call & was explained what happened & they did apologize & I was assured that I will receive my refund. I do appreciate that they seem to actually care about customers!
