One pizza incorrect and the other cold

On 14 September 2015 I order two pizzas (Chicken Mayo Feta, with extra Jalapenos and a Bacon Avo, with extra Feta) via telephone. I asked the cashier on the line to add the Jalapenos before putting the pizza in the oven. When I got there, I saw them take a bowl of Jalapenos and throw them over the pizza after it was made. And it was no normal portion either. You could barely see the pizza under the Jalapenos. I told the cashier to take it back, as this is not what I ordered. They informed me that the staff made it this way because the pizza will be very hot (sort of the idea behind extra Jalapenos), instead of how I asked for it. They took the pizza back and simply sent it for a second round in the oven. The pizza was overfilled with Jalapenos, and cooked dry, while the other pizza had gotten ice cold lying on the counter. Totally unacceptable. The same thing happened a few years ago and Niel (the manager of Paarl Romans) told me that that is how they make their pizza and that if I want my Jalapenos on prior to cooking, I can simply ask. This I did. And I asked the cashier to call him, but they simply went back and recooked the same pizza. I saw him earlier behind the counter
