First I phoned prior to ordering to confirm the R19.90 deal with a lady called Rofhiwa, she explained that I can order any small pizza off the menu (small) for R19.90. So I get the orders from the staff and phone her back. first I have to repeat my Name 4 times (spelled) and my contact details 3 times. getting my name wrong after the forth attempt was understandable as I have a complicated Name. so I place the order, no no no mam you cant have the pizza you want only one topping. so I explained again that I phone her and she confirmed. no she replies she cant, it now costs R27.90 . so then I ask to speak to a manager, phone given to Clize the manager, I explain the situation to him and make him understand that I have already confirmed this with his staff, and my staff has already agreed on their orders. Then he said well they made a mistake and that it is not his problem as he cant change the s ystem. I feel the way in which this was treated is pathetic. not your problem? is this the way that you treat and speak to your clientele? to top this the order was given incorrectly, thick crust instead of thin, forgotten to add avo??? seriously? I phoned to place the order before hand. so that when I arrive the order will be ready for collection obviously the food was not ready when I arrived. <br /> </p> <p> </p>
