Not this again

<p>I phoned to place my order upfront but the phone did not get answered, triad again, no luck. Got to the shop, 2 in the que in front to me. Phones ringing but being ignored. I get to the counter to place my order, placed for 2 thick base pizzas. They will take 20 to 30 minutes to prepare, which is longer than usual but I wait. After just over 40 minutes they call my number, show me the pizza and it's 1 thick and 1 thin base. I told the server, it was wrong. He looks at me, he looks back toward the kitchen and then at me again and says "Ja, we don't have thick base anymore". Just couldn't wait any longer with hungry kids. I buy at that branch at least once a week. I guess it had to go wrong sometime again. Didn't see the regular managers that usually make sure I get what I asked for. </p>
