Not getting what I ordered - order no 224

Romans Pizza is a firm favourite of mine, but the last 2 experiences here are seriously making me think about travelling a couple of kilometres further and supporting Dominos instead!<br> <br> Tonight, I called in and ordered 2 large, thick base pizzas. More than once I mentioned thick base and also told the lady that took the order that these had best be cooked properly, as 2 of the 4 pizzas I'd ordered on Saturday, 23rd Jan 2016, were soggy at the bottom due to not being fully cooked. She assured me that these would be done nicely and that it would be a 30 min wait.<br> <br> I arrived to collect my pizzas after the 30 mins and paid while they were finishing these up. On opening the box, they were thin base pizzas and definitely NOT what I ordered as I dislike thin bases intensely. Laureen at first looked shocked but then quickly recovered and said that they had run out after she had terminated my order call.<br> <br> This is just not on - you had my number, call me and tell me that you've run out, don't just assume that you can substitute things and that the customer must be happy.<br> <br> I am annoyed about this and will think twice before ordering again as 2 poor experiences in 4 days is ridiculous!
