Not getting what i order...

We get Romans pizza at least once a week if not twice. Up until about a month or two ago, there use to be no problem with the orders - always correct and on time. But now - there is almost always something that is not right. It started with a Bacon supreme that i ordered (and waited so long for) but received a classic bacon - I informed them of the problem and they said they will make me a new one, but i just did not have the time to wait and they offered to give my next pizza order on the house to make up for the inconvenience. I always order in advance to collect, so with the next order I looked for the manager who made the promise, but sadly have not seen him since. But that ok, i don't mind paying for what i want. However the last 2 salad orders were incorrect every time - and i am getting fed up with it!!! I love my chefs salad, but without onions and green peper and chiken. They will have you check the pizza but the salads are always in a bag and difficult to check, so only at home do you see that they either left the onions or green pepers in or they did not put the croutons in. And don't think they will increase the mozarella or ham to make up for what you dont take...
