<p>Would like to put a complaint in. Romanz pizza norkem mall. <br />I phoned at 5pm on 10May to put an order in, i got to the store at 5:16pm to pay, when i started query at 5:40pm why my order hasn't arrived i heard that it was only placed when i paid. Why does one put an order in by telephone is your store doesnt deliver??</p>
