No point of having a broken online ordering system

Placed an online order at 12:30pm. Received the following SMS at 1:00pm:

"Unfortunately your order could not be processed". (spammed in my inbox more than once)

So it takes 30 min to say that my order didn't go through? That's a joke. Just close the online ordering system completely.

I placed an order the previous day and the store had to call me to repeat the order back to me. Again, f****g joke. There's literally no point of having an online system
