NO FURTHER FOLLOW-UP
On the 30 March 2015 @ 15:13:43 I lodged a complaint against Romans Pizza. The initial speed of the robo like response was good with a passionate follow-up by Donovan, the owner of the store. However, what annoyed me a lot was the typical question of, \we have never had a complaint like this before""; a great business has fans and it's not business as usual. Judging from the number of complaints;how would you rate Romans Pizza. """
