NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
<p> Placed an order 45 minutes prior to collecting. Got to shop they did not started. No customer service from front desk, was told it was not their fault as they have no control over kitchen staff and manager sitting talking to friends. This was my first time, not a good experience, but looking at comments here it seems to be a national trend with Romans Pizza.</p>
