No change returned until asked

I bought the special for 2 large pizza special for R 99, I paid with R 100 and when I asked for change she gave me an attitude that it is just a R 1 her and she has been asking the manager to bring change told her that will get it when I come back for pizza.I went and came back to collect lucky enough she was now the one who gives out orders and I asked for my change again she gave me an attitude and throw the 5*20c on the counter asked for s avietts have me even more attitude that they do not have them , asked for her name she didn't wanna say it only told me when I asked for the third time , I got so irritated didn't even enjoy the pizza because of her attitude.If I count 50 people who bought pizzas and don't get their change back she has R 50 in bed pocket that she stole from each and every one of them it is R 1 but she needs to ask not ***** of one has change needs not to ask for it but be given as it is due to them
